Recently, Invisible Building launched a new Shopify website for The Hundredth Monkey Bakery | The Focacceria, a Belfast bakery based upstairs in House Proud on the Boucher Road.

Building a Belfast Bakery — and a Platform to Grow
Ciarán from The Focacceria has big plans for 2026, and we’re genuinely excited to be working with him. The new site for Hundredth Monkey Bakery has just gone live on Shopify — including a crowdfunder to support the next phase of the business.
The goal was simple: create a website that reflects the craft behind the food, is easy to manage day to day, and supports real sales from the start.
Sourdough Courses Launching February 2026
If you’re interested in learning how to bake sourdough bread in Belfast, keep an eye on the bakery’s updates and get your name down early. A limited number of in-person courses are launching in February 2026.
For anyone into food, fermentation, or hands-on learning, it’s the kind of class that’s well worth booking.
